A big shout-out to the guys who attended their first class at Naas Krav Maga. After a solid warm-up and some preparation, we continued with striking, some self-defense principles, and releases from a headlock. We then put it all together in a summary drill. The first class is always tough, but the guys had a great attitude and got stuck in.
