We are delighted to announce a beginner Krav Maga Self Defense Course starting on 5th February 2025. During the course you will learn skills that will help you protect yourself and your loved ones against a variety of attacks including threats, chokes, punches & kicks, ground attacks and multiple attacker situations. We will teach you tactical awareness and how to manage conflict using avoidance and de-escalation to help you prevent confrontation if possible.

  • Costs: €70 for four weeks.
  • Sessions: Monday from 8 to 9pm and Wednesday from 8:30 to 09:30pm.
  • Start Date: February 5th
  • End Date: February 26th
  • Requirements: No prior experience or specific fitness level is required
  • Afterwards: You will have the option to join our weekly classes to continue enhancing your fitness and learning more self-defense techniques.

Naas Krav Maga Self Defense classes offer a variety of striking drills, strength, and cardio exercises designed to improve your fitness. While the training focuses on serious self-defense techniques, classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.
