Beginner Self Defence Classes
In September, we’re running Beginner Self-Defence Classes! If you’ve never trained before and are looking for a fun way to get fit, build strength, and learn practical self-defence skills, this course is for you. No experience is necessary… everyone is welcome.
Over the four weeks we will teach you to: Defend yourself, learn fighting skills, get fitter, get stronger and move well. We will teach you how to strike, break grips and locks, make space and escape dangerous situations using technical and tactical behaviour.

Details
- Dates: September 2nd – September 30th (9 Classes)
- Times: Monday @ 8PM & Wednesdays @ 8:30 PM
- Class Duration: One Hour
- Cost: 60 Euro
Notes
- Students must be 16 years or above.
- No previous experience is required.
- We advise you to bring a small towel, water and confortable trianing clothes.
- On the first night you will be asked to sign in.

After the beginner course, if you decide to continue your training, you can join our regular classes and train alongside our experienced members in a friendly and welcoming environment. If you don’t continue, you’ll still gain practical self-defence skills and principles that are proven to work in real-world situations.
