Sparring Skills Development (10:00 – 12:00)

Sparring can feel intimidating, but it’s a crucial part of developing real-world fighting ability. This session will take a structured, logical approach to building sparring skills, focusing on removing the fear of contact and helping students gain confidence in a safe, controlled manner. Whether you’re new to sparring or experienced, this session will help you sharpen your skills while keeping training practical and progressive.

KMG Curriculum Review (12:30 – 2:30)

Stay up to date with the latest KMG P,G&E curriculum updates in this review session. We’ll break down the reasoning behind key techniques and responses in Krav Maga, giving students a deeper understanding of the “why” behind what we do. This is also an open opportunity for students to ask questions about the curriculum, techniques, and their application in real-world scenarios.

Self-Defence Dynamics (3:00 – 5:00)

Self-defense goes beyond physical techniques—understanding violence, situational awareness, and the body’s stress response is just as important as knowing how to fight. In this session, we’ll cover the theory of violence, distinguishing between social and predatory threats, explore situation management strategies, and dive into KMG’s timeline concept of response. This session will give you a stronger mental framework for handling violent encounters before they even become physical.
